All orders are processed immediately. We ship most of our orders the same day, using UPS Ground Service. If you require any additional service, such as next day air, please contact us directly. Upon request, orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a surcharge (payable by the customer) for insurance, delivery confirmation, and signature required fees, and any special handling fees incurred. Orders are only accepted from retailers who have completed the wholesale registration form. Orders that are shipped C.O.D. require certified check or money order and will be charged shipping charges.

Orders prepaid with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS ($100 Minimum) are shipped without freight charges. Orders less than $100 minimum may be accepted from established accounts (upon approval) and will be charged shipping charges and will incur a $10 handling fees. Under NO circumstances do we drop ship. We can only ship to the location as registered with us.

International orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Prepayment must be made by credit card, or upon approval, by wire transfer. Any international processing fees, wire transfer fees, customs and duty fees, and freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We only ship internationally via Federal Express, UPS, or USPS Global Express. We reserve the right to refuse orders from any international destination.

Any order refused and returned to DESIRE FASHIONS will be considered a cancellation of all future orders. All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges. Any future orders from a retailer who has refused a shipment must be prepaid either by credit card or advanced money order. We reserve the right to refuse orders at any time.

DESIRE FASHIONS is proud of the quality and value of the products we sell. Any claim for defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt. NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All jewelry is guaranteed to be in good condition at the time of sale. Please remember that our jewelry is to be used as a glamour accessory. We can not be responsible for the misuse or abuse of any item. Upon inspection, any damaged item returned that has been determined to be the result of customer abuse, or is shop worn, will be returned to the customer.
